In this Blog Series, I am going to go into more detail regarding the different layers of your Auric Field and how they relate to your chakras.
Here are look at the first layer known as the Etheric Layer of your Aura which is associated with the physical aspects and awareness of your material body and is also related to the First (Root) Chakra.
As it is nearest to the human body it is the densest but is on the next higher vibrational level to the physical body which has the lowest vibrational level. It bridges the connection between your material or physical body to your higher bodies or subltle energy bodies.
This first layer is an energy matrix and the form is shaped and anchored to the physical matter of your material body extending only about 10 millimeters (one-quarter inch) to 50 millimeters (two inches) beyond your physical body. The condition of this layer closely reflects the actual condition of your physical body because it is so close to it.
It is responsible for the transfer of life force energy or vitality from the universal energy field to your physical body. Your Etheric body is a body of subtle matter, the basic blue print for your physical body with every cell having an etheric counterpart. This body also serves as a filtration system.
Universal life force energy filters down through your Spiritual, Mental and Emotional bodies through your Etheric body into your physical body. In other words it is the interface between your physical body and the other subtle bodies of your aura. When the flow of this energy is disrupted in any way, your physical body is affected and if this imbalance is not corrected, illness and dis-ease can manifest in your physical body. The synergistic relationship between each subtle body, aura layer and chakra is of extreme importance to you health and well-being.
You can correct imbalances and blocks in your energy body and live a healthy and balanced life by healing Aura Trauma.

What are your needs on this level? Physical blueprint of the body. Relates to health, survival, security, comfort and pleasure.
Chakra: Muladhara (base or root)
Negative Belief Structure: Dis-ease and physical pain.
Effect of negative belief in the Body: Physical illness, tangles, breaks or disruptions in the etheric layer.
